DIPI STUDENTS VISIT MADHU TECHNOLOGY CENTRE, BANGALORE

• DIPI Student delegation of Bangalore led by Shri Sitaram & Shri Aravamudhan visited  Madhu Technology Centre of Madhu Machines & Systems (P) Ltd. on Saturday the 3rd April,2010.
• The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Devang Shah, Director & his team of engineers. The briefing was given the activities of Madhu (MMSPL) providing Innovative Solutions to the plastic processing industry for over 25 years. The technical presentations were made on Hot Runner System design for molds and Hot Half in the conference room.
• The delegation was then taken round to the permanent Demo area where Modern State of art injection molding machines, Hopper loader / Dryer, Mold Chiller, Mold Temperature controller, Multi zone hot runner temperature controller and machines side / recycling systems are located in this 1st TAGMA accredited mold testing centre.
• In the permanent Display Centre, Hot runner systems, Innovative mold parts, Cooling parts, Accessories like mold inserts Static Mixing nozzle & Filters were shown and their respective functions and advantages were explained.
• Various plastic products samples, molded with MADHU  supplied MASTIP hot runner system, produced for various segments like packaging, Pharmaceuticals, Medicals, Household, Automobiles, Electrical, Electronics etc were shown.
• There was very interesting and absorbing interaction between the students and Madhu Engineers.  Mr. Sitaram expressed his great appreciation for utmost cleanliness and wonderful facilities, at the centre. Mr. Devang Shah, director of MMSPL, responded by saying that such grass-root activities of MADHU is a step forward in fulfilling the larger objectives of taking services to the plastics industry to the next higher level.
• He extended invitation to IPI for further follow up visits by the students and / or from the Industry captains.
